Cancellation Policy

In order to respect the time of our practitioners and other clients, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. You will receive a cancellation e-mail. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged the full price of the service.
